How to care for your cake on collection

Your cake will be chilled prior to collection. If you will be travelling with your cake again after collection, we recommend chilling the cake until this time. Please chill your cake if it has fruit on it, if not consuming the same day.

Cakes should be kept flat during transport. If driving, please place your cake in the boot of your car, this is by far the safest place for it. Failing this the footwell by the passenger seat. If you place your cake on the seat or hold it during travel we cannot be held responsible for your cake not arriving in one piece.

In hot weather, you may need to refrigerate your cake after collection. During the summer every effort is made to make your cake more heat stable. Your cake is iced in buttercream or ganache, however, and chocolate and butter will melt in hot weather.

If your cake has a long journey please inform us when booking. This will need to be taken into account when designing your cake.

Finally, buttercream cakes can be fragile so please take care when handling them. We want your cake to be as beautiful when it reaches it's final destination as it was when you collected it from us here at Red Robin Pantry.
HOT CHOCOLATE
TRUFFLE BOMBS

What could be more indulgent than a real hot chocolate. Simply add our hot chocolate truffle bombs to hot milk and allow them to melt into a delicious hot chocolate. They are great with a couple of our gourmet marshmallows and a dollop of clotted cream on top!!

All of our hot chocolate truffle bombs are handmade by us using the finest organic and fair-trade Belgian chocolate.

MILK CHOCOLATE
Simply flavoured with Madagascan vanilla and a pinch of Cornish sea salt.
Colour Reference: Gold

Ingredients: Belgian organic milk chocolate (min 37% cocoa solid - Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, natural vanilla flavouring), Cream (milk), Madagascan Vanilla, glycerine, sorbitol, invert sugar, glucose syrup, Cornish sea salt, gold edible lustre dust (E943a (Butane), E943b (Isobutane), E944 (Propane), Ethyl Alcohol, E555/E171/E172, Aroma).

WHITE CHOCOLATE
Simply flavoured with Madagascan vanilla and a pinch of Cornish sea salt.
Colour Reference: dusted with icing sugar

Ingredients: Belgian organic white chocolate (min 29% cocoa solid - Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, natural vanilla flavouring), Cream (milk), Madagascan Vanilla, glycerine, sorbitol, invert sugar, glucose syrup, Cornish sea salt, icing sugar.

SALTED CARAMEL
A blend of milk and dark Belgian chocolate with dulce de leche caramel, Madagascan vanilla and Cornish sea salt.

Colour Reference: Dipped in milk chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt.

CHOCOLATE ORANGE
A dark chocolate hot chocolate with orange.

Ingredients: Belgian organic dark chocolate (min 58% cocoa solid - Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, natural vanilla flavouring), Cream (milk), glycerine, sorbitol, invert sugar, glucose syrup, natural orange oil, orange zest, Cornish sea salt, edible copper paint (E171, E172, modified starch emulsifier, acidity regulator E330, preservative E202).

DARK CHOCOLATE
Simply flavoured with Madagascan vanilla and a pinch of Cornish sea salt. Our dark chocolate bombs are made without cream so are dairy free and suitable for vegans too.

AZTEC SPICED
Based on the traditional flavours used by the Aztecs in their hot chocolate. Our Aztec spiced hot chocolate used a blend of 72% and 58% dark chocolate and is spiced with cinnamon, vanilla, a little cayenne pepper for that little touch of heat, and finished with Cornish sea salt. Like the dark chocolate truffle bomb, this one is suitable for vegans as well.
