All of our marshmallows contain gelatin (pork) so are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. We are working on a vegan recipe with a long enough shelflife and will add these when we perfect it. At this time our vegan marshmallows only keep for 5-7 days and are only avaliable in batches of 24 per flavour. Please contact us for more to enquire.
All of our marshmallows are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy and nuts/peanuts among other allergens so may contain traces of these. All care is taken to minimise cross-contamination.

Size
All our marshmallows are handmade and hand-cut. Marshmallows range in thickness depending on flavour, however, all marshmallows are hand-cut to 1.5" square pieces and each box contains 6 marshmallows approx 190g - that's a lot of mallowy goodness!
Shelf-life
Minimum 3+ months. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep airtight.
